My girlfriend butchers eggs

We use Pam for a lite blade lubricant on our resaw bandsaw in shop.Along with air injection,it really increases output.

Olive oil or refined bacon grease in a #3 iron skillet in kitchen.
 
Try using fresh eggs and plenty of butter (not margarine). Store bought eggs tend to spread out thinner over the pan while fresh ones stay thicker. Be patient and dont touch it till it firms up a bit.
 
I like my eggs cooked in bacon grease with a runny yolk.

Perfect world would be just yolks with no whites, honestly.

Ever try goose eggs? I have a hippie buddy that gives me some every now and again. The yolks look like tennis balls and are really rich and thick.

I made a breakfast with two goose eggs, a couple slices of Texas toast and instead of sausage I cooked up a couple bratwurst... I should have taken a picture. The true 'super-sized' meal. :D
 
Disharmony is the kitchen can leave you shell shocked. You have to approach advice on cooking with care so she won't crack. If not careful it could be ovum between you two then the yolk will be on you.
 
It gets chewed up anyway so whats the problem? My answer to having properly cooked eggs is to cook them myself. I usually cook them for both me and my wife. Its worked well for 35 years so far. I have always been the better cook. If you want some nasty "eggs", try some of the old powdered eggs we used to get in the service...Then there were the chopped up, boiled eggs swimming in some sort of cream stuff...Yum!
