Daughter has to keep grandson's cat as no pets in the house he and his wife rent. Crazy cat peed on and tore up 200 year old sofa( put together with wood dowels) that came from my parents house. Regardless that cat would have been " gone". Crazy cat is now an outside cat. Sadly their cool cat Gus is diabetics.

That certainly puts my situation in perspective. He only seems to be interested in that one arm. I need to replace the couch anyway and I think I'll also pick up some thick terry bath towels from GoodWill or Value Village.

I know the guy who wrote the test plan and ran the event. It's the Shock trials to ensure equipment and structure can withstand nearby explosions. They monitor the area in advance to ensure no whales or dolphins are nearby before the detonation.
Nice photo. Even a non-cat-lover would probably enjoy that one.

You're a good photographer! You have a good eye for composition, and you get down on the level of your animal subjects, making portraits instead of just pictures.
Nice work!
Some of the composition work is done with cropping in Photoshop, but I learned as a teenager taking pictures that if you can get down to your subjects level it looks much better. Thanks.
