I need to clean my new Regulation Police 38 and Model 1887 Husqvarna. I took them for an outing this morning.

1966ish M36. All CLP'd up and ready for some more pocket carry. Sporting Grasshorn Elk Bone grips.

Gold Cup, Glock 19, Sig 229 and K-22. I took a young friend to the range today. Will clean the AR tomorrow. I didn't clean the Nylon 66.

My M&P duty pistol and for some me time my Ruger SS 32 magnum. Neither really needed it....

Took My 8 year old Grand Son shooting today

We shot the M-34-1 and the M-63, both .22 LR. I hope I was able to show him the correct way to respect an handgun and the people around him. Showed him the difference between Single and Double Action, explained the sight picture and let him shoot a single round to begin at single action and progressed to several full cylinders of .22LR and double action. We did have proper ear & eye protection so we would not cause any damage to the ears or eyes.
After our session we returned home and proceeded to disassemble the revolvers for their proper cleaning. Explained the cleaning procedure and let him experience that also.
An interesting side was the fact that this M-34-1 employs the ball and hammer type of action with the coil mainspring so I wanted to show him and try to explain why the M-34-1 action was smoother than the M-63. We took them down to the point where the hammer was removed from the frame and viewed the difference between the ball & the fork. He seemed interested and was very attentive, I appreciated that. I'll take his sisters next. A very enjoyable cleaning session, take a Kid Shooting, its our future!
