Had some left over (Joyce) Eggplant Parm vs my 1st time ever tried
Chili Relleno casserole, with just two peppers with Mont Jack cheese.

The Eggplant won hands down but.......
with maybe some pepper jack, a little better batter and more spices,

the next try might be in the ball park?

No pictures, all you could see was browned cheese on top.

I see corned beef in the food adds !! ( big smile )

Sounds a lot like me. No longer have an appetite, down to 2 meals a day, daily brunch at 10AM. Hot dogs 2x weekly, Hebrew National, Nathan's and lately Oscar Meyer, a better value and just as good. Yesterday with my gal's homemade macaroni salad. Sandwiches predominate, deli turkey and RB with mustard on Great Grains New York Rye. I make do...

Fabulous meal at Eddie Merlots (Columbus Polaris Mall) this evening.

Enjoyed the special - 32oz. Australian Wagyu Tomahawk Ribeye and 2 Lobster Tails. Side of wild mushrooms.

Wife and I shared along with the wedge salad appetizer and crème brûlée for dessert.
